The Twitter comment linked suggests that the company may have been kind of a mess in their later years, and the bankruptcy (I'm guessing in 2007) left clients unpaid.
- "I've been running this company for ten years now and never been involved in legal action. Quintet was the only time we didn't get paid because of a bankruptcy. I don't know the reason that company had so much legal trouble, but I got the impression that happened with them easily." [1]
