Studio XELFLEX (合資会社ゼルフレックス) was established in December 1999 and is headed by Keisuke Oouchi (大内啓輔). Much of the team originally gathered at Human Creative School around 1993, and seem to have joined Media Works after completing work on Bari-Arm (1993). [1] They went to ALU in 1998, but left the following year and officially established their own studio.

In addition to game development, the company also does design and planning for toys and figures.
