K-Idea, Inc. (有限会社ケイアイディア) was headed by Hajime Kimura (木村初). It was established around 1991, and seems to have closed down around 2000. Millennium Kitchen head Kaz Ayabe worked here for several years, and many former Givro staff seem to have moved here after that company closed down.
