I wonder if this was a situation similar to ADK/Miraisoft where it was technically two separate companies due to contractual reasons, but was basically the same people doing development. They do seem to have been distinct companies as both POW and Energy are credited separately on Fancy CoCo, but by the time POW became VR-1 Japan they seem to have basically merged completely anyway. --Dimitri (talk) 17:29, 28 March 2018 (UTC)
