From Game Developer Research Institute
bitstep Co.,Ltd. (有限会社ビットステップ) was established March 25, 2002 by a group of former KAZe staff. It was originally headed by Masakazu Shimizu (清水将和) and later by Tadao Mizuno (水野忠夫).
