The page linked in the sources says Miraisoft operated out of the same office as ADK with the same development staff. Supposedly ADK had a contract with SNK that said they could only develop for SNK hardware or ports of their SNK titles, and Miraisoft was their way of skirting around that restriction. --Dimitri (talk) 01:57, 30 August 2016 (CEST)
