This game shares the same sound engine with the rest of the games. I also see they all share similar graphic styles and are a little glitchy. This profile for Eiichiro Morinaga says he was the lead programmer of Takeshi no Chosenjo, and also programmed a PC88 title called Time Empire. Time Empire has a 1985 copyright to something called "Ark". Might be a lead? --Dimitri (talk) 02:54, 14 March 2017 (CET)

Magnum Kiki Ippatsu: Empire City 1931 (FC)
