"Culture Publishers Co., Ltd. entered into software development consignment agreement with Digital Whip Co., Ltd. on February 25, 1998. However, development was canceled due to the circumstances of Digital Whip Co., Ltd., where Culture Publishers Co., Ltd. raised a lawsuit.
