TMQ Software, Inc. ("Trade Mark of Quality") was incorporated on March 4, 1981. Tod Zipnick was the president.

TMQ was essentially succeeded by ICOM Simulations. According to the book Honomichl on Marketing Research, TMQ and ERIM (Electronic Research for Insights into Marketing) jointly formed ICOM to develop software for the ERIM service's telemeters. [1]
