(my understanding is Gene Project was simply the publishing brand for DEL's collaborations with Compile Heart, not a separate developer -- JP Wikipedia also says it was a "brand" -- if you have credits or evidence otherwise i'd like to see it)

Shannon (株式会社シャノン) was established February 14, 2007 by Takeo Iijima (飯島健男), who previously headed Pandora Box. The company owns the rights to Pandora Box's catalog.
