According to programmer Hiroshi Makabe, the Windows version of Lunar: Silver Star Story was originally being developed by "Tierheit," but the code was a "spaghetti-like" mess. Makabe was brought in to try to fix it. [7] [8] (Makabe and two others, and the company EJ, are credited in the final game.)
