Amorphous Inc. (有限会社アモルファス) was most likely headed by Shinichi Uehara (上原晋一) and established in 1986.
Some of the early staff appear to have started Tenky in 1989; from this group, Shinichi "A・REY" Kondo (近藤慎一) started Socio Art Logic in 1995.
Some later staff joined Data West around 1995; from this group, Isamu "Ina" Kondo (近藤勇) started Studio Siesta in 2001 and Rocket Engine in 2013.
