Tatsuo Matsuda

Tatsuo Matsuda (松田達夫) is a former game programmer who worked for Sega, Arc System Works, and Aspect. He now teaches in the game programming department of Tokyo Technical College. [1]
Matsuda originally joined Sega in 1983 and spent 18 years in the game industry, working on around 50 released titles. [2]
