Nekogumi

Maybe it would be worth covering Nekogumi games in this entry? It seems like when Nekogumi was closed, the staff was merged right back into Jorudan. The Nekogumi website [1] continued to be updated for several years after Nekogumi the company was closed, up through 2005, rebranded as "Jorudan Game Section". Fire Trap

"Mr. H. Ichikawa" is listed as the author of Fire Trap on its various Canadian copyright records. I'm assuming this is Hisayoshi Ichikawa. CRV 09:10, 20 November 2010 (CST)

I found the following string in Gdleen just now: GDLEEN COPYRIGHT 1991 SETA/ARTEC/JORUDAN

Seta's the publisher, Jorudan is a software developer known to have done games founded in 1979, and Artec is...a Taiwanese computer hardware manufacturer?

Maybe Jorudan is our mystery developer? --Dimitri 17:23, 3 September 2007 (CDT)

Jorudan definately developed Gdleen. They also did Firetrap for DataEast, it seems. Given the similarities between Fire Trap and Crazy Climber, it would not surprise me if they did that too. They also developed Captain Silver (arcade). --mukimuki@RS 08:02, 23 July 2009 (CDT)

How do you know about Captain Silver? It has no credits. CRV 08:20, 23 July 2009 (CDT)
Looks like Jorudan could have programmed the FC version of Captain Silver. "M. Asakawa" (Mitoshi Asakawa?) is a programmer. CRV 06:02, 24 July 2009 (CDT)
I know because I know people who know, but I can't really give too much more info out. You are on the right track with the name above though.--mukimuki@RS 23:44, 3 August 2009 (CDT)
Are you sure it's the arcade version of CS, not just the Famicom version? CRV 05:39, 4 August 2009 (CDT)
And are you absolutely confident about Jorudan's involvement with the games you mentioned? Should I add them to the entry? CRV 08:47, 5 August 2009 (CDT)

oh, and Hydlide 3 (at least the NES/FC version; unsure about MSX)--mukimuki@RS 08:06, 23 July 2009 (CDT)

Doesn't look like the MSX version was by Jorudan. Credits are on Moby Games. CRV 08:20, 23 July 2009 (CDT)

"Hidemushi" worked on AC Captain Silver...as a freelancer? [3] CRV 08:50, 9 August 2009 (CDT)

Nippon Futsal League Kounin: Minna no DS Futsal 2

CRV, was this Jorudan game really canceled? http://image.gamespotcdn.net/gamespot/images/box/7/5/2/961752_127909_front.jpg --Hydao (talk) 05:53, 20 November 2012 (CST)

Looks like it. CRV (talk) 06:08, 20 November 2012 (CST)
Thanks. :) --Hydao (talk) 09:40, 20 November 2012 (CST)
