PRIME system development co., ltd. (株式会社プライムシステム開発, Prime System Kaihatsu), sometimes also called PSD (ピー・エス・ディー), was a Tokyo-based business software development company established May 27, 1991. Between 1997 and 2001, it operated a "multimedia studio" that did contract programming work for consumer games and published original PC and Game Boy software.
The company was renamed Prime Systems Corporation (株式会社プライムシステム) in August 2000, and then to Sunrise Technology Corporation (株式会社サンライズ・テクノロジー) in November 2004. It appears to have shut down following a stock delisting in late 2007.
