HIMACS

HIMACS, Ltd. (株式会社ハイマックス) is a software company based in Yokohama, Japan. It was established on May 21, 1976. [1]

It was only surmised that this was the same company that programmed the following Epoch games because one of the programmers, Nobuyoshi Ootake (大竹延義), was manager of a division at HIMACS as of 2012. [2]
