Grand Prix, inc. (有限会社グランプリ) was established on March 11, 2003 [1], as a spinoff of New. [2] It was headed by Ryuta Aoyagi (青柳龍太), previously a game designer and artist with New, and located in Kashiwa, Chiba. It filed for bankruptcy in 2012.
