Cybelle Co., Ltd. (株式会社サイベル) was established October 1, 1992, and headed by Motoyasu Kisuki (木透基泰). Evidence suggests it was originally one of Ving's development teams, which went independent. [1][2] Primary business was ports and bishoujo games.
