Who made Transformers: Convoy no nazo?

  • According to Wikipedia, it is ISCO. But ISCO is known to delegate development work to contractors.
  • In this 2ch thread it is mentioned that "people from TOSE" made it.
    • It is also mentioned that TOSE tends to use sub-subcontractors from Kyoto/Kansai region. (Even though it itself is a pure subcontractor.)
