Technopop
From Game Developer Research Institute
Technopop was founded by Randel Reiss in 1990. It was the first independent American developer for the Sega Genesis and created most of the system's early development tools.
The company was dissolved in 2000 and all its assets were transferred to Reiss, the company's president and single remaining shareholder.
