Actually, Qiming Chen's name is spelled correctly in World Beach Volley-- look more carefully at the NicoVideo clip; that's not an "A".

He didn't resign for quite that reason; it was more to do with what one of the company officers said just after the incident. He referred to it as nothing to worry about as the Chinese are always fighting amongst themselves just like in Sangokushi. This wasn't the sole reason though, more a catalyst.
