Syndein Systems, Incorporated was a contractor to the entertainment and aerospace industries. [1] It was originally co-founded by Rich Ward and Rich Sidley as Rich & Rich Synergistic Enterprises, Ltd., incorporated on November 21, 1983. Other owners and officers were Ken Sidley, CPA and Doug Seele.
