NuFX
From Game Developer Research Institute
NuFX was founded in 1990 by Lou Haehn and Patrick Quinn. In February 2004, it was acquired by Electronic Arts [1] and then was "kind of merged" with EA Canada's Def Jam/Fight Night team to form EA Chicago. [2] [3]
