Mediamuse Inc. was a developer and affiliate of media company KSS. It was established on October 31, 1985. [1]

Mediamuse was most notably behind the Mujintou Monogatari and Goiken Muyou series. Contrary to what some other sites report, the first game in the latter series was not developed by ex-Sega employees who worked on the Saturn version of Virtua Fighter II. Rather, it was supervised by four Virtua Fighter champions including Mediamuse programmer (and former Zap programmer) Toyohiko Yoshimine (aka "Ikesarah").
