Hudson-Era HK refers to Hudson-Era Soft Co., Limited (和盛電腦技術有限公司) of Hong Kong. (Hudson-Era Soft was also in Taiwan. [1]) It was originally incorporated on February 14, 1989, as Milburn Company Limited (貿昂有限公司). It changed names on July 28 of that year and was dissolved on November 17, 1995. [2]
