Japanese development company started by former Santos/Megasoft staff. The company name may not be written correctly because we have only seen it written in Japanese (ガイブレイン).

The company was probably named after Tomohiro Ishigai (石谷友宏), who was a producer or director on many of these titles (Ishigai is likely "S・ガイ" ["S. Gai"] on Santos/Megasoft's Janshin Densetsu [NG]. [1]).
