Kabushiki Kaisha Scarab (株式会社スカラベ) [1] was established on May 1, 1992, by UPL's Tsutomu Fujisawa (藤沢勉), not long after that company went bankrupt. Fujisawa's wife Noriko took over the company after his death in 1998. [2] It was absorbed by Cavia on March 1, 2005. [3]
