Capcom Studio 8, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Capcom U.S.A., was Capcom's U.S. research and development team. [1] It was originally incorporated on May 15, 1995 [2], as Capcom Digital Studios, Inc. (name changed in May 2003 [3]) The company was shut down in 2006. [4] [5] In 2007, it was acquired by and merged into Capcom Entertainment. [6] [7]
