Borta, Inc. was a company in Sterling, Virginia, founded by Ron Borta, formerly of Roklan. It was acquired by and merged into Aristo International in 1995. Atari co-founder Nolan Bushnell was chairman, and former Sega of America president Michael Katz served as a consultant.
