Bear's (ベアーズ) was a software company that published two PC-88 games. The "Bear's" name also turns up in the ROMs of both the MSX and Famicom versions of Pachi Com. A significant portion of the staff that worked on Pachi Com and Skyscraper (PC-88) turn up on the Toei Animation-published FC/NES games listed below, the development of which was contracted to Shouei System. There are several possibilities as we see it: Shouei System subcontracted to Bear's, Shouei System bought/absorbed Bear's, a group of former Bear's employees went to work for Shouei System, or Bear's became Shouei System.
