Digital Frontier (デジタルフロンティア) was originally established in 1993 [1] as the digital media division of TYO. In 1999, it began to use the TYO Entertainment brand to reflect its "business expansion." [2] In 2000 [3], the CG division was spun off into a subsidiary of TYO that was focused on CG production, which was also called Digital Frontier. The game division was spun off into Suzak.
