Syndein Systems, Incorporated (incorporated on November 21, 1983 [1]) provided total system solutions to the entertainment and aerospace industries. [2] It was originally co-founded by Rich Ward and Rich Sidley as Rich and Rich Synergistic Enterprises LTD Inc. Other owners and officers were Ken Sidley, CPA and Doug Seele.
