Did anyone from Soft Machine other than Nakakuma join this company? There are a couple of ex-Soft Machine programmers on [http://www.mobygames.com/game/ps2/winback-2-project-poseidon/credits Winback 2] (Munekazu Matsuyoshi and Kazuya Yamada). They might have also been involved with [http://www.mobygames.com/game/ps2/beat-down-fists-of-vengeance/credits Beat Down] and [http://www.mobygames.com/game/wii/resident-evil-the-umbrella-chronicles/credits RE Umbrella Chronicles] which both have ex-Soft Machine people credited as well (Hajime Nara, Naoki Murata, Noriaki Nakamura).
