:I don't think it's for a game at all. The name of the disc appears to be the theme song for a TV anime block according to [http://sizuku.grupo.jp/sizukuprofile this]. Youtube brings up a very... strange video. [https://www.suruga-ya.jp/product/detail/220036632001 This tracklist] is the only information I can find on the disc itself, and it looks like a bunch of old film theme songs...?
