'''Morning Star Multimedia, Inc.''', incorporated on October 20, 1995, was a software company based in Ridgewood, New Jersey, founded by Dan Kitchen and Kevin Mitchell. It was acquired by Telegen Corporation on December 31, 1996, and sold off a year later. The company continued operation until 2000.
