In case you haven't heard, former Ultracade Technologies owner David R. Foley was indicted by the US District Court in July on numerous charges in connection with the alleged counterfeiting of Ultracade game packs. Earlier this week, Gamasutra published [http://gamasutra.com/php-bin/news_index.php?story=24691 an in-depth investigation by John D. Andersen]. Very interesting stuff. Read it for yourself, then wait for the wheels of justice to do what they do.

Foley was one of the first people I ever [[Interview:David R. Foley|interviewed]] for this site. In 2007, I asked him about his old company [[Company:Foley Hi-Tech Systems|Foley Hi-Tech Systems]].
