Double Diamond Sports
From Game Developer Research Institute
(Redirected from InPlay Sports)
Double Diamond Sports (Double Diamond Software, Inc.) was founded by programmer Mark Lesser and EA Sports' Michael Brook. [1] It was originally incorporated on May 14, 1993, as InPlay Productions, Inc. and went by the name InPlay Sports. The name was changed on May 25, 1994, because Interplay Productions had an issue with it. [2] Most of the personnel moved on to Spectacular Games except for Lesser [3], who had his own company called MBL Research.
