Technical Arts Corp. (有限会社テクニカルアーツ) is a development company in Kanda-Sakumachou, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, run by Kohei Ikeda (池田公平) (aka Hibiki Godai), creator of the game Thexder. Technical Arts originated as a brand of Game Arts, but incorporated as an independent limited liability company in 1988. [1] (Game Arts began to focus on console games, but Ikeda wanted to continue working on computer software.[1])
