I think Mitsuru Hirata (Radiant Historia, Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE) must have worked for Aprinet. His name can be found in Lords of the Rising Sun, not to mention "M. Hirata" is credited on Eliminate Down (as I said below). He also tweeted about Utsurun Desu. for Famicom. [https://twitter.com/meme_look/status/1202873974448775168]

:A comment about Utsurun Desu. left on a YouTube video: "This was subcontracted to a company called ○○○, which had a relationship with Takara, but since they couldn't develop it themselves, they subcontracted everything but the planning and graphics to a subcontractor." An early version of ''F1 Grand Prix'' turns up in [https://youtu.be/dje-I2c5sbE?t=26m44s this video of the 1991 Tokyo Toy Show]. The title screen basically looks the same except the name, but everything else is not in the final game. Unfortunately, there's no gameplay footage. There's a sign with the Aprinet logo on it, and the name "Hirata." "M. Hirata" was a graphic designer on Eliminate Down, but they're not credited on F1 Grand Prix, nor is anyone else from Aprinet, I don't think. A comment about Utsurun Desu. left on a YouTube video: "This was subcontracted to a company called ○○○, which had a relationship with Takara, but since they couldn't develop it themselves, they subcontracted everything but the planning and graphics to a subcontractor." [2] [3]

An early version of F1 Grand Prix turns up in this video of the 1991 Tokyo Toy Show. The title screen basically looks the same except the name, but everything else is not in the final game. Unfortunately, there's no gameplay footage. There's a sign with the Aprinet logo on it, and the name "Hirata." "M.
