ScriptArts Co., Ltd. (株式会社スクリプトアーツ) was a development company based in Ichibancho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, established on May 26, 1995, and headed by Ken'ichiro Ohmi (大味健一郎) [1], formerly of Game Arts. It filed for bankruptcy on May 12, 2011. [2] (After leaving Game Arts but before starting ScriptArts, Ohmi apparently did freelance work on Garou Densetsu 2/Fatal Fury 2 and World Heroes on the Super Famicom/Super NES for Nova. [3])
