Founded in 1979 as Jordan Information Service Co., Ltd., Jorudan (ジョルダン) (as it was rechristened in December 1989) is a company involved with software development, digital content for the Web and mobile phones, the travel industry, and more.
In February 1999, Jorudan established a development subsidiary called Nekogumi, which shut down in March 2001 (Nekogumi games will not be covered here). [1]
In 2007, Jorudan announced it would be returning to game development with Nintendo's DS and Wii. [2]
