Double Diamond Sports (Double Diamond Software, Inc.) was co-founded by programmer Mark Lesser and EA Sports' Michael Brook. It was originally incorporated on May 14, 1993, as InPlay Productions, Inc. (InPlay Sports) Most of the personnel moved on to Spectacular Games (with the exception of Mark Lesser, who had his own company called MBL Research). [1]
