Developer Resources was a company founded by Kevin Seghetti and a friend to build development systems for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis and Super NES.

SMS Rampart was originally contracted to RazorSoft, who then sub-contracted it to Seghetti (who started Developer Resourcers while working on the port).
