Craftsman Arts Co., Ltd. (株式会社クラフトマンアーツ) Established November 1993 in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan, and headed by Kazuteru Ogawa (小川和輝). Primary business appears to have been programming for visual novels and eroge.
