Borta, Inc. was a company in Sterling, Virginia, founded by Ron Borta, formerly of Roklan. It was acquired by and merged into Aristo International in 1995. Atari co-founder Nolan Bushnell was chairman, and former Sega of America president Michael Katz served as a consultant.

According to prospectuses from MicroLeague Multimedia, the company contracted Borta to do the following games. MicroLeague later filed a Demand for Arbitration against Borta, claiming breach of contract. Borta alleged a counterclaim, stating that MicroLeague had abandoned the contract. [1]

This was eventually released, but the final game appears to have been developed internally at MicroLeague.
