Alexandria, Inc. (incorporated on July 2, 1992 [1]) was a development company founded by Ken Balthaser, Neil Balthaser, and Eric Yiskis. [2] It originally began as a California general partnership called Visions Unlimited. [3] [4]
Creative Programming and Technology Ventures (CPTV) acquired the company in November 1994. [5] Alexandria ceased operations in November 1995. [6] A number of employees ended up at Oddworld Inhabitants, which was also at one time a subsidiary of CPTV. [7]
