'''Studio XELFLEX''' (合資会社ゼルフレックス) was established in December 1999 and is headed by Keisuke Oouchi (大内啓輔). Much of the team originally gathered at [[Human]] Creative School around 1993, and seem to have joined Media Works after completing work on ''Bari-Arm'' (1993). In addition to game development, the company also does design and planning for toys and figures.
