ZEROSYSTEM Co.,Ltd. (株式会社ゼロシステム), established January 24, 1995 in Ikebukuro, Toyotama-ku, Tokyo and moved to Bunkyo-ku around 2002. Headed by Takao Ike (池高生), previously of Glodia. Appears to have been closely connected to OAKS [1], run by ex-KID staffer Motoyuki Inoue (井上智元), though the details of this are unknown. PrincessSoft was a bishoujo game publishing brand used by Zerosystem and later by OAKS.

Some of the staff left to join Media Jungle in 1998, while other former staff started Crest Works in 2002.
