WJS Design was started in late 1989 by Wayne J. Smithson. A successful career programming, culminating in the ST conversion of Psygnosis' Blood Money, earned Wayne critical acclaim and enough cash to employ other coders and graphic artists. As of April 1990, the team consisted of Paul Hoggart, Kevin Oxland, Smithson, and Chris Warren. [1]

Looking at records, there was no company incorporated under the name WJS Design. Did WJS Design become Sunrise Games Ltd, which in turn became RGB Tree Ltd, which in turn was acquired by Rage Software? [2]
