VSS, Inc. ("Video Software Specialists") was a development company in Dallas, Texas, started by former Apollo employees Terry Grantham, George Kokoruda, Ed Salvo, and Mike Smith. Clients included CBS Electronics, Xonox, and Wizard Video Games. [1] It was incorporated on November 24, 1982.

Publisher Sunrise Software was VSS's sister company. They were succeeded by publisher/contract developer/mail-order retailer Telegames, which was started by Grantham.
